Lost luggage

Of course, something had to go wrong. At Schiphol Airport I was waiting at last for my luggage. Nothing happened. So at last my backpack is lost. I think this crazy airport of Miami is the cause. There I had to pick up my luggage, go through customs and bring it to another place. After that you hope to see it again. Well!! I hope to see it again. My presents are in it.
I thought to travel in developing countries, everything went well. In the western world it went wrong!!!!
