Concepcion is again one of the mission posts. I arrived very late at night, took a motor taxi to my hotel Colonial. Very nice reception. Breakfast here is perfect. I visited the mission museum, mainly about the architecture of the mission posts and the renovation of the churches. The museum was situated in the house where the former dictator of Bolivia Banzer was born.
Interesting information about the renovations, performed under direction of a Swiss architect.
The Jezuits were Swiss, the Franciscans (later) where Germans, the architect was Swiss, the Bishop was German- Who is Bolivian???

Relaxing day, my bus leaves at 23:00. So a swim at the lake, a beer and the paper.
Bus to Santa Cruz took me 6 hours. So at 4:30 I arrived. A coffee and a taxi, to avoid burglars (they say it is crowded here with them, I have no experience with burglary, I am lucky, until now. Only my binoculars have been stolen).
Also a very good and nice hotel.
Santra Cruz is a big city, the richest of Bolivia. This is the motor of Bolivians economy and the motor of the resistance against the president. Everywhere: AUTONOMIA.
A very, very big covered market. And a nice square, especially at night.
It is very dynamic, but there is not very much interesting (for me) to see. So I go on.
Today I visited biocentro Guëmbé, a very big recreation parc with beautiful swimming pools, the biggest Mariposo of the world (butterfly hall), horseriding etc.
Back in town again I visited the barber to maintain my vagabond head. Now I am a gentleman again (anyway that is my feeling, for a while!!!)
Tomorrow I will fly to Sucre (takes 1/2 hour instead of 20 hours by bus, how brave I am, a real wanderer!!!).
